Exceeds Expectations
Southern Property Inspection provided excellent customer service. Jennifer was more than friendly, she answered any and all of our questions promptly, and she was very "flexible" in catering to our needs. We were not able to meet with the inspector, however, our were report was very detailed and very thorough, Great for any home buyer. SPI makes it easy to understand every aspect of your home. The lists of recommended repairs and maintenance issues are very helpful in prioritizing and making those repairs. the whole process helps one to "get a glance" of what is going on and begin to understand what they are getting into! All of my questions were quickly and concisely answered. Service was excellent and complete. Very informative and enlightening. Definitely refer their services to others.

TOP NOTCH SERVICE
SPI is TOP NOTCH!! This is the third house that I've owned and NEVER have I received a more thorough report. This is the best investment for my investment. They returned my report back to me very quickly. The report I received is very thorough and very detailed. It is very easy to read and understand for someone who knows nothing about home mechanics. Great First Time Home owner experience

Customer service was very through and professional in all aspects of the home inspection, providing profound informative information with expertise on recommendations for resolutions of deficiencies found. Our inspector served us with professionalism and a friendly attitude and all of our inquires were answered promptly. The report was delivered in a very timely manner and each of the findings was explained in depth and with expert knowledge. The report is very professional and conducive to the process in which the inspection was performed. From a scale of 1 to 10, Southern Property Inspection is a 15. Great Experience
The day of the inspection, we met Tim the inspector. He took the time to explain all of our inquires and was very knowledgeable. We then met with Jennifer. She explained in detail all of the findings and answered our quesions. The report was easy to follow and very comprehensive. We live in Florida and are buying a house in Eufaula, AL. Didn't have time to inspect and needed it done to make sure things are right with house, grounds, well, etc. When we got our inspection report by email then by mail we where overwhelmed with the extreme detailing that Southern Property Inspection went through and we learned alot. We will never buy any other properties with out an inspection. This company really nows its business about homes. I contacted Southern Property Inspection and spoke with Jennifer on the phone. I live out of state and needed assistance with a property in Elba, AL. Jennifer scheduled a time convenient to my schedule and her husband performed the inspection. I was very safisfied with the inspection. Service Above and Beyond
Tim and Jennifer of Southern Property Inspection was courteous, timely, and prompt. Each time I had questions they were always available or promptly called me back. The report that was presented was easy to understand and comprehend. At no point was I dissatisfied with the service I received and will use them again if needed. The services they provided was above and beyond what I expected. they took the time to explain the report to me and to the contractors that I had hired to do the repairs on my house.
