                          We at Southern Property Inspection believe in quick response and quality customer service.  We understand that buying a home can be stressful and sometimes over
whelming.  Between choosing the right location, negotiating price, and setting up financing, finding the time to take a good look at your home can be challenging.   We want to help ease your mind by taking the time to perform a complete and thorough inspection of your future home.  We will inspect the visible components of all of the major systems of your home to include the plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and structual systems.  Our inspector will walk as much of the roof as safety will allow.  He will crawl all accessible areas under the house as well as all accessible areas in the attic.  We strive to take a good look in the areas of the house that you probably will not see.

systems of their home. Southern Property Inspection is dedicated to delivering a factual and informative home inspection report in order to help you understand and maintain those systems.   Our staff will meet with you after the home inspection has been performed. 
We will review each of the findings with you so that all questions you may have can be answered. 

 

Our report style is very user friendly and easy to reference.  It contains helpful information to include useful home maintenance tips.   To ensure that all aspects of the ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) and NACHI (National Association of Certified Home Inspectors) standards of practice are covered, we use the Matrix Deluxe checklist to perform our inspections.  Because of its compliance with the ASHI and NACHI standards, this checklist has been approved by all of the major home inspection organizations and authorities.   We also provide a detailed computer generated narrative report with digital photos.  This ensures that each finding on the report is well explained and easily located.

It is our goal to be available to answer your inquiries before, during or after a home inspection.  We will also help you find an appropriate specialist if necessary.

After the inspection, we take time to meet with you and go through the report.  This gives you an opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable information one on one.

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals, you probably will not get to meet us until after the hiring process. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort.  My inspection process at your new home will take approximately 4 hours or more.  I encourage you to meet me there and if desired, feel free to accompany me through the inspection.
